Game #19: Warriors @ Rockets

Warriors (W-L): 9-9
Rockets (W-L): 11-5
Time: 5:30PM PST tip off
Okay here are some positives after last night's defeat.
- It can only get better.
- At least everyone (except Adonal) is rested. 2nd day of a back to back isn't so bad if nobody really tried on the 1st day.
- Hash's sandwich.
Houston's good but they're beatable especially since TMac is questionable after Dikembe's elbow to the head. Tmac, you need to rest and get better. Please don't play, all of us Warriors fans just want to see you 100%. So if you can't play at 100% tonight, then it's best you take it easy. Please?
Let's get Nellie win #1200.
Update: From a story from chron.com, apparently TMac is going to play tonight. In that article they also list Dikembe's many "victims" due to his elbows flying every which way.
Vegas Odds: Houston favored by 7.5 points
GSoM Predictions:
- Warriors win by 3.
- Game is decided by less than 40 points
- Rockets' bench, unlike the Spurs' bench, does not nearly outscore the Warriors entire team
- Baron goes for 25 points, 12 assists, 5 rebounds
- Just like Nate Robinson did, Monta Ellis blocks Yao and makes him cry.
In the Comments, make sure to drop your vote for who you think will win. If you're watching or listening near a computer, post any comments you have during the game right here.
Time to step it up.
LET'S GO WARRIORS!
UPDATE: Live Box Score from Yahoo!
UPDATE #2: Warriors lose, 118-90.
Stay tuned for the recap...

Should be interesting
Prediction: Warriors win
Side note: I think on one of the side colums on the main page, you should keep a runnning total of the Warrior Wonders for each game.

Predictions
Biedrins gets in early foul trouble, so Foyle comes in early.
Foyle misses a shot.
Vegas Odds: Houston favored by 7.5 points
7.5 is actually a pretty positive line after last night's blow out. Was that the without TMac odds?
This is why we needed to win the pacers, bucks, etc. games so we don't have to worry so much about the harder teams.
Prediction...Yao pokes Roberson in the eye to block his dunk attempt, Roberson pops up and hi-fives Yao and yells out "I'm not a tree to be chopped down", The crowd gives them a standing ovation.

Warriors by 2
Houston can't turn the offense on as well as the Spurs can, outside of Yao who is nearly automatic, so we'll be able to keep up through 3.
Then in the 4th we take over in the last few minutes.
-
If its another 40 point blowout game, Rafer and Monta go one on one iso everytime down with some announcer with a megaphone going "OH BABY!" to promote Monta and Barnes' AND(onal)1 sneaks.
LOL
Tell me that doesn't get the least bit annoying on those And1 mix tapes. That guy needs a new line or at least mix in a few. I swear he's got 2 words in his entire vocabulary.

Reminds me of:
I'm sure this what meant as a joke
* Game is decided by less than 40 points
But it's starting to look like maybe we could only wish of a game that close.
Hmmm
He did a fairly good job on holding off Ming Yao.
Otherwise....ewww. At least we went into the half with a burrito left our overnight, rather than a burrito left in the back of the freezer for 3 weeks.

Back to back blowouts is a bad sign.
But this might be what we need to light a fire and go 10 and 2 for the next 12?
maybe?

Guys
I'm normally not one of the guys who thinks he's a god orr anything, but I think he is the key to our heart. His points come at the right times, and really do give us a boost. Trading him would set us back 3 years. I'm kind of incoherent because I'm tired, but JRich is what we need to win games. Just sit back for these losses right now, and wait for JRich to come back fully healed. A couple more losses won't hurt us as much as a huge JRich season ending injury.
Baron may be the points,
Pietrus may be the hustle,
Biedrins may be the blocks,
Murphy may be the rebounds,
Ellis may be the energy,
Dunleavy may be the Dunleavy,
but JRich is the heart, and that is much harder to replace.
(I still love you PJ!)
