Warriors Get to Cooking

Recently drafted Patrick O'Bryant just inked a contract with the Warriors. Rookie pay scales are determined by draft spot, so The Chef is probably looking at a $3.5 million dollar deal for his first two years in the league. You have to hand it to the kid. He basically monetized one good performance in the NCAA tourney into 7 million+. That's a lot of cheesecake! All in a game's work I guess.

Let's hope The Chef can cook up some W's for the Warriors.

Make sure to grade the Warriors' 2006 Draft on the right. We'll take down the poll and calculate the results very soon.

If Nellie was still here and picked O'Bryant...
I'd be psyched!  Nellie had a habit of pulling rabbits out of his hat!  Remember how he drafted Timmy Hardaway, Mitch "the Rock" Richmond, and Spree for Free!

Now Mully,  well the jury is still out.

sorry
i dont see anything in  this kid.  he looks like a bust.  the only reason he was drafted this high is because of his "potential"

Rodney Carney...
I still think we should of taken Rodney Carney. O'Bryant looks too soft! If it wasn't for his size i doubt he would of been taken this high or even this round. He looks like he'll be posterized alot in this league. Can u say Shawn Bradley v.2
