Since Monta Ellis' stock is rapidly rising, would anyone pull the trigger in a package deal involving other Warriors (like Foyle, Richardson,  Jackson or Pietrus)  to land Kevin Garnett, Paul Gasol or someone like Chris Bosh?   Most of my GSW friends say absolutely not. Only one or two said "Well, maybe for Garnett."  I think Nellie would make that deal for either Garnett or Gasol.  The Ws are looking for another star player or at least another "post player to compliment Biedrins" according to Matt Steinmetz.  

I hope they can find a way to keep Monta but I'm sure every potential trading partner will ask for Ellis. The reason I like Monta now is because of his star potential and ability to score as a result of his speed;  he's easing the pain of losing Gilbert Arenas.   Nellie is right though, that Monta's future is as point guard since he can't guard  all the NBA big two guards out there.   And  Monta still turns the ball over WAY too much for a point guard.  Any thoughts?
