PS3 owners: custom warriors theme

to all ps3 owners: if u own a ps3 then i'm sure u know that with the new firmware update u can select ur own theme for the system. i have made my own custom warriors theme. it is my first time doing something like this, so it is very simple (if ur expecting a tony.psd like work of art u will be greatly dissappointed). if ur interested in checking it out, here's a download link:

to put this on the ps3, use a memory card or thumb drive and on it create a folder named PS3. inside that folder create another folder named THEME. then put the p3t file inside the THEME folder.

NOTE: i only have a sdtv so i can't guarantee if this will work on an hdtv. i think it should tho

Resolution looks great on HDTV. Couple Things:

The edges get cut off on my HDTV. About half of the "W" on the bottom left side and like 1/4 of the NBA logo on the right bottom are cut off.
The folder has to be named "Theme" not "ThemeS" for the PS3 to recognize it.

Nice Work! It kicks the living crap out of that "Air Paint" theme. That thing is hideous.

Switching between the letters in the word "WARRIOR" is pretty cool too.

yeah

that happens on my sdtv too. for some reason when i preview the wallpaper everything shows, but when it actually applies the wallpaper it zooms in too far.

no, no psp

and i'm not sure how to take a preview since the program compiles a whole bunch of different things into the theme and puts it into a file that only the ps3 can read. but it's just a photo of the davis dunk over kirilenko and the letters that spell out warrior where the xmb icons are

Just tried it with HDTV

It's looks pretty decent on HDTV. Good job, overall though.

Oh and one minor correction, the folder that you create inside the PS3 folder should be THEME, not THEMES.

Oh yeah

the edges of the wallpaper get cut off, you can't really see the "red half" of the NBA logo, the "© 2006 NBA Entertainment" next to it, and you can't see the "Official Site of the Golden State Warriors" under warriors.com. But I think that has more to do with the zoom of the wallpaper rather than the TV.
