OPEN THREAD: ALL STAR GAME!

all-star-07.jpg

Tip-off: 5:00pm PST

It's the final day of All-Atar weekend and the moment that we've all been waiting for.  We already saw Monta's official "coming out" party (no pun intended) to the national media, though we've seen it many times already.  Today's All-Star Game is all about Gerilyn, our beloved Warrior girl repping the All-Star Dance Team!

Drop it down and get your eagle on, girl!

Hopefully today's all-star game will be watchable considering that the team is filled with replacements and many of them with their controversial nominations and selections (though I won't name names...).  I'm not quite sure what it is, but the NBA stars have been looking a lot like this guy:

unbreakable
Is that Shaq? Nah, it's Yao. no wait, maybe it's JRich?

For those that don't know, he was superhero Bruce Willis' archnemesis, Elijah Price (played by none other than the versatile -- said with slight saracasm -- Samuel L. Jackon) in the film, "Unbreakable".  Price, unfortunately, was everything Bruce Willis' character was not:  not only was he not white, but Price was the equivalent to 'glassman', having a body so fragile and so prone to breaking and shattering.  This was completely opposite of Bruce Willis' character who could withstand tons of pain.

Anyway, I'm sure this game will be filled with crazy jumpshots and treys by Mehmet Okur and Ray Allen! Who are the halftime show performers anyway?  Lets hope it's not John Legend's snoozer between the sheets set like last year!

Drop your thoughts about the game or the rest of the All-Star festivities in the comments section!

who the hell were the guys
singing the national anthem? the funniest part is when they came out, the dude raised his arms expecting some rousing applause, but it was all silent.

Kosta Perovic
He is playing in Europe. I recall that there wasn't much of an expectation that he would be signed by the W's.

thanks for the update!
good to know Toni Braxton is still looking good, but she kinda c-rate when it comes to singing though. What song she do? "love shoulda brought you home" is a slow jam banga!

Nice game
but I felt bad for Shaq, he missed a lot of stuff. I liked it when he tried to play PG against Okur though.

Hilarious
His jump shot didn't look to bad. If he had made that the entire house would have come down.
