Baron All-star game

Only one SI "expert" picks Baron

On ESPN he wasn't even mentioned as a snub

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2007/basketball/nba/01/25/all.star.picks/2.html

Thoughts?  Personally I think he is close but not quite deserving but I can't understand how some don't even mention him.  3-4 weeks ago yes but he has dropped off recently and his shooting percentages are poor (especially 3 point).  On the other hand I am not sure Parker was deserving either

In the east Michael Redd was robbed

winning winning winning
does baron deserve to be an all star? definetly.

ITS ALL ABOUT WINNING(dont ask about the east).  Why  does SA have two all stars(notably parker) BECAUSE THEY HAVE A WINNING RECORD.

to make the all star team, it is all about if u are on a winning team.  Baron Davis is not.

NETS ARE SUB-.500
And yet Jason Kidd was selected.  Baron is getting snubbed plain and simple.

looks like ppl around the league
view baron as "marbury west". i always here or read how he pounds the ball too much, doesnt defend & can't shoot (yet shoots too much) ala tinsley, andre miller & mo williams.

i think ppl now rate chris paul & deron williams ahead of bd as point guards (along w/ the usual suspects of nash, kidd, arenas, parker). i think billups may be rated above bd too. and some ppl even seem to prefer guys like cassell, bibby, tj ford, & hinrich.
