Why does this always happen???

We've already talked about this but I want to bring it up again for those who haven't noticed(seriously how could you not have seen this yet?) Whenever the warriors play, some no name or bench player/role player gets a career night or season high against the dubs? check out these numbers from the bulls game:

Ben Gordon(not a no name but still)
22 points
5 rebounds
6 assists
1 turnover

and

Thabo(i think) Sefolosha
19 points(Career high)
4 rebounds
3 assists
1 steal

God, am I sick of this.

Want to become a better NBA player in a single night? Play the GS Warriors! Guaranteed to make any bench no-namer a star in less than 28 minutes!

Seriously, I'm sick of it too. I'm tired of the second half collapses, the zone...

i was happy
to see POB and AB on the court together. That's a rebounding and foul prone combo. Next year, Dris will get the respect from the refs, and POB...well, an overall improvement. Both need to bulk up and bang in the post. I like what i saw though tonight from POB. You can't expect him to light it up out there, but he had a nice block, a couple defended shots, and rebounds and tips to other team mates. What was he 0-3 from the field? He'll be fine as long as he stays defense first. Just rebound and defend!!! let Dris score down low. he is capable.
I hope we see more of this.

Not only are they a
bad interior team, and a weak rebounding team but their perimeter D is terrible

I know the weakness in one areas feeds the other and but damn if you are going to be small you better learn how to stay in front of people and play snart on the rotations or guys like Gordon, Redd and Miller will drop 40 on you not to mention the second tier guys

I serious doubt that  POB is close to to the answer for this team

POB's
skyhook is disgusting. Thats old school and doesnt cut it in todays NBA. And what the hell were he and Foyle thinking taking shots from the top of the key.

i was thinking about this
earlier in the season i think it was simply the fact that the dubs play no defense. as the season has progressed however, teams now realize that they play no defense so other teams come in with boatloads of confidence because they know they are going to be given easy shots all night. so loads of confidence + wide open shots + nba players = career nights on a nightly basis.

Ongoing Problem
Yes this is an issue on a nightly basis we give up a career night to some new player or bench guy it's rediculous and it seems to occur because of the zone, if we played more man you are more likely to guard that guy in a zone you tend to help off of people to much so guys get open looks.  Our help defense even when we're playing man is a little much sometimes, i mean mike miller prime example if someone stays on that guy last week he doens't hit all those three instead I saw multiple times a guy slide down to someone that was starting to drive and then he kicks it to miller, Pietrus, Jasckson and Harrington are the culprits.  They don't know how to commit to defense especially harrington most of the time on the defense end this guy hides, it's just bad defense.  Those guys need to be told repeatedly to stay on there man, and if he gets past you hopefully biedrins can help out but it's not good for him to help all the time (foul trouble) out of position to box out offensive rebounds, point is we need more guys to pony up and play some tuff defense.
