Do they even watch basketball?

Jack McCallum just wrote an article on SI.com about possible playoff matchups.

He gave the Warriors some props (yay, he can read the standings!)

If anyone cares, there's quite a battle going on for that final playoff spot in the West. I honestly never would have bet on Golden State finishing ahead of the Clippers -- or Sacramento or New Orleans/Oklahoma City for that matter -- but it just might happen.

He then talks about the whole Nellie/Cuban thing, and ends with the sentence:

The Mavs would, of course, crush the Warriors.

Is it just me, or have the Warriors owned the Mavs as of late? I'm not saying the Warriors would win the series, were it to occur. I'm not even saying the Warriors will win one game.  But doesn't it seem ridiculous how many people make a living writing about basketball for ESPN, SI, etc., and don't always know what they're talking about?

If Sports Illustrated is looking to pay people $100K to write an article once a week that lacks knowledge, they should've called me!
