making the call with ronnie nunn

If you guys don't know it, Ronnie Nunn is a former ref and I think he is now the head of officials or whatever they call it. He does this 30 min. show on NBAtv called Making the Call with Ronnie Nunn, where they go over borderline calls of the past week and he explains why a call went a certain way. Of course, usually he defends the call that was actually made when it comes down to a judgement call, but if a call was wrong he will say it. He will no doubt have to go over the crazy finish in the Wizards game, so it will be interesting to see what is said (airs on NBAtv at 6pm here in Texas, so  4 for most of u guys)

i just saw it
wow after he explained the foul now im thinking of how it was right but his explanation on the tech was stupid. he said nelson was out on the court and that was why he got it but eddie jordan was out to but they never said anything about him. oh well

Hmmm...
Nunn Said that Nelson recieved the technical for coming out on the floor. I guess all this talk about what nellie said was not the real issue. Or maybe he just didn't want to repeat Nelson's pottie mouth comment on NBAtv.

Hahaha.
He bullcrapped his way through that. The refs didn't even call that foul on pietrus, as reported by the media. They called it on Al Harrington, and then Andris Biedrins, and then maybe they finally changed it to Pietrus.

So whatever. He's covering his employee's asses.

The especially...
The especially hilarious line was... "When the clock hits 00.0, you know that it's time to review the call."

No dude. I didn't know that. I thought that meant the game was over.

yeah that was stupid
That was the stupidest excuse especially i just saw the detroit clevland game on nbatv and lebron made a shot that went in that had to get reviewed and coach mike brown was running all over the court than leaving. Why didnt he get a technical for that? dam nba just admit you called it wrong!

wow
this was pretty disappointing. That totally didn't explain it for me. Gilbert initiated the contact with .1 seconds on the clock. If they called the foul on MP3 with 1.4 seconds left, when he fouled him first, that would have made sense. This was a horrible set of calls, and it is terrible that the NBA won't even confess it.
