Anthony said he thought he played pretty well considering his mind was thinking of his impending baby boy. He tried to push it aside for the game.

"I just wanted to come out and win a basketball game," said Anthony, who won't make the trip to Golden State on Wednesday night. "Prove to people I don't have to score 30 points to win a basketball game."

sweet. no carmelo tomorrow for the game against denver, on the back end of a back-to-back for them. gives us a good chance to get a win, coming off a good game at denver. i like our odds.

Whoa Nellie...

Let's not forget we tend to make lesser names into household names (Kapono, Turiaf, et al). We know how bad they are when they play against teams they're supposed to beat. So this is actually playing with fire. The Ws need to approach this game as if Melo is in the game. They cannot play soft...They cannot take this game lightly.
