how does he not deserve it. he took us on his 3pt shooting back during the mavs series.
Anyways id get al harrington.. i think hes gunna be even more of a factor next year once he drops some pounds.

Jax was an absolute monster
in the Dallas series, if it wasn't for him we wouldn't have even seen the 2nd round.

I've said that too, he's a monster
both positive and negative connotations can go along with that designation, just depends on the person.

We wouldn't "believe playoffs" without this guy, but yes he does go overboard.

He's on the team as of right now, don't hate your own players especially for how well they played for the team this year. Not just what have you done for me lately and only piping up when there's negativity.

Jax wasn't the only one
whose emotions cost the Warriors the game. Plenty of Warriors' poor constraint have contributed to their losses during the postseason which ultimately resulted in the loss of this series. And technically, the Jazz didn't make those freethrows Jax gave them for his "flagrant" and his technical so he didn't directly cost the Warriors the game. I know Jax needs to shut his mouth, but so do plenty of other Warriors too. Way to throw Jax under the bus, I've never seen anyone turn their back so drastically on a player they liked, on their team. Returning the jersey? What do I think? Your diary is pretty lame. How about you don't get a jersey, since if the next player acts up, you're going to have to return that jersey too. Why don't you just save yourself the trouble and the money and buy a Warriors tshirt.

Jack
i like Jack, we wouldn't have made it here without him, but i'd be ok if he wasn't with us next year.  The playing with passion is nice, but the crying to the refs constantly and not getting back on D cause you're still pissing and moaning is just more than i can handle.  I was screaming at him in Game 4 to just give it up already.  All it does is make the refs respect you less and less likely to give you a call cause all you do is COMPLAIN.  My friend in Indy has been in my ear about him and i tried to hold her off, but she's been right.  I'm grateful for everything he's done, but i'd trade him if we can get something good.

On that note, i'm still pushing the Azubuike jersey.

Explain
What do you mean you wont "get into details"?

Obviously you're disappointed in Jackson. But if you're gonna return the man's jersey, at least explain your reasons.

What do you mean he "just dont deserve it"? Based on his performance or behavior?

Jackson
I do understand that he played so well during the mavs series. But after watching tonight's game, I just felt like his heart just wasn't in it. He didn't go for the balls that he couldve gotten, he didnt make the plays that he couldve made, and he made so many bad decisions during this series. It seemed like he got very pissed at Harping and had just lost his mind. To me, that is called not derserving it.

just one game huh
just one game and then suddenly youre returning his jersey?? I definately wouldn't want you as a fan if I was an NBA player, one bad game and you would totally turn your back on me. Address my first reponse to your diary.

Problem is...
He wasnt the only Warrior to lose his temper.

Seriously, you're succumbing to the same selective memory of the national media and moralistic NBA fans who love to pick on the guy while ignoring everyone else.

Was he the only one who seemed lost out there? What about JRich not blocking out and allowing AK47 to get a free tip-in? What about Harrington and Ellis getting benched in round 1?

It's not called lack of heart. It's called burn out. This team hit Empty and never recovered. No need to flame Jackson for not caring enough. That's bush league. If anything, he cares TOO MUCH, trying to do way too much, way too often...

Nellie in the postgame interview
said he was the guy with the most Playoff experience on the team, a fact, and that the team leaned on him the most during the Playoff run, also a fact.

by back2back51s on May 15, 2007 11:13 PM PDT reply actions

that's true
I agree with you guys
I just wanted to hear somne ideas from y'all
I agree that he wasnt the only one and I do admitt that I'm calling him out because I'm pretty sad about the loss. But it was a great season we had. Dont get me wrong, I do understand that we wouldnt even be here if Jackson didnt play so well for us before this series.

dwell al you want
but its over. we had a great run. no hard feelings. no more curse..,

i agree...
let's get past the emotions of this series loss and put into perspective what our warriors did this season and how long it's been since we saw playoff basketball.. remember, the so-called nba experts didn't even have them making the playoffs... then to do what they did and make that run up until the last day of the regular season, then to knock off the mavs... c'mon now!! this is only the beginning ya'll... we just gotta unload and reload a few pieces and we'll be set... can you imagine the free agents who would love to play for golden state after seeing this historic run by the warriors???
