DRAFT STANDINGS

  1. Portland
  2. Seattle
  3. Atlanta (keeps pick)
  4. Memphis
  5. Boston
OH MY GOD.

Portland will be a beast in the coming years. I cringe at the thought of playing against Oden, Aldridge and Roy 4 times a year. Seattle basically replaces Lewis with Durant. Atlanta can finally get the big man they're looking for AND a solid PG since they own the 11th pick.

Post your thoughts on this CRAZY draft.

The West just got
even STRONGER. Portland is going to be a superpower in the future. It's not looking too bad up there in Seattle either. The good guy franchises always luck out, i.e. Portland & San Antonio.

I'm glad those tanking punks got it stuck to them in the worst way possible. Boston, Memphis, and Milwaukee were the most obvious, despicable tanking teams this season. They got what they deserved.

i'm split
On one hand, I'm laughing in the face of Bill Simmons. On the other, I'm cringing at the thought of playing Oden's Trailblazers and Durant's Sonics.

Sucks for.....
.....Memphis, Boston and Milwaukee, they got the worst possible scenario when they fell from the supposed order of 1, 2 and 3 to 4, 5 and 6.  Portland and Seattle got lucky.  Somehow I always thought Atlanta would jump into one of the first 3 picks and they did.
So Portland will pick Oden and keep Aldridge?  Seattle will replace Lewis with Durant?  And who will Atlanta pick?

I'd rather
play the sonics than the blazers though. especially since we have zero people to defend Oden. hahaha.

damn:

  1. Roy
  2. Webster
  3. Outlaw
  4. Randolph
  5. Oden
with aldridge soon to replace Randolph for help at either PG or Sf. Damn..I think portland will be my third favorite team.

Fellas
All these great thoughts can go in the open thread. No need for another diary. Let's consolidate to keep the discussions going stronger here at GSoM.
