Devean George quote that really annoys me

Okay, I'm not one to get annoyed very easily, but this is something that really bothers me. George was quoted today in a Dallas newspaper as saying

"You also expect eventually teams aren't going to play so far over their heads. We have to help them do that."

For one thing, this common perception is not even true; we've been playing this well for the last month of the season. Even if it were true, it's just plain bad sportsmanship to disrespect your opponent like that. This is why Wade and Dirk feuded during the regular season - Dirk played down the Heat win, saying that the Mavs lost it more than the Heat won it. These guy are just sore losers, no matter what happens in this series.

It reminds me

of the Josh Howard/Terry comment after they got mopped when the interviewer asked if the Warriors had any similaraties with the Mavricks, and they laughed and said "NO"...a 3-2 series lead leaves nothing else left to be said...CLOSE EM OUT TONIGHT..

The more they underestimate the Dubs, the easier it will be to spank their a**. I'm STOKED he said that. I hope Avery friggin' tells them that in their locker room tonight.

Its funny how in a lot of pictures

on yahoo or wherever, Baron or another Warrior is beating Devean George and he's smiling in each one.

There is one of him hanging on the rim above Jason on a missed dunk though.
