unfortunately my creative way of circumventing the minimum character limit wasn't the best of ideas so the lyrics have been removed. btw, for those who dont hear any sound, dont turn your speakers up. theres no commentator, the mic on the floor is weak, and the PA announcer is rather loud and abnoxious. no use blowing your speakers out when he yells "TOO MANY STEPS"

Thanks for starting this open thread and linking to the webcast, but come on man- how can you not fill up 300 characters with something reasonably intelligent? The only reason this diary wasn't deleted was because it's already evolved into a game thread with a bunch of comments.

i thought it was amusing. i was just trying to get the game up fast enough for the people who had asked and what i assumed was everyone else not seeing the Watch link as it was absent.

if you like, next time, i'll edit out the "filler" and put in a synopsis of my predictions of the outcome and whether Marco Belinelli will try to best Marcus Banks' new record of 42 points...

The commentator's a joke. They didn't put mics on the floor, so no sound's coming from there. Just turn the volume all the way down. It's better than the commentator.

We have missed 2 or 3 possessions because they show replays of practically every basket. This is beyond annoying. I can live with the announcer but this replay thing is driving me nuts.

i am at the game

it was good to see Lasme warm up even though he hasn't played. I don't know what is up with Kellena. Baron was sitting with bdub for awhile. he made a shot from hi seat. Marco can't get open as much this v game. Nobody to take the pressure off him. our guy williams, with the mohawk, can't even dribble. POB hasn't been a total POS.

Good job though Powell. Definitely something to consider for the floor, if not a worthy trade piece. BelNel, not bad. I think his team expected too much of him and didn't try to get him good looks. They were all forced, and he still made a few. Pierce....don't beat on any more women and we'll talk camp.

That strange announcer...

The feed we were all watching is from the jumbotron. That's why theres all of those weird replays and the announcer who only says stuff when people score. He's just the PA announcer for the Thomas & Mack center, I guess.
