Lasme ranks 2nd amongst D-Leaguers on RealGM

I guess Lasme is doing pretty well in the D-League to gather some attention. Here is the  the link to the article on RealGM His rebounds and offensive game is sorta lacking (for Nellie's tastes) but those blocks are pretty respectable.

2. Stephane Lasme - L.A. D-Fenders

Lasme was drafted by the Golden State Warriors with the forty-sixth overall pick in the 2007 NBA Draft. He has played only one game for the Warriors this season but has been given ample time to display his skills for the L.A. D-Fenders. He is currently helping the team with 10.5 points and 6.8 rebounds while leading the NBDL with 2.71 blocks per game. His tenacity on the defensive side will be a welcomed addition to the Warriors come stretch time.

Does that imply that the warriors have exclusive rights to him and can call him up anytime? What are the rules on D-league callups? Definately he can be somewhat of an inside defensive stopper to help out AB (more so than what Zero Threat Position Can provide for us).
