Stephen Jackson named "West MVP of the First Trimester"
Captain Jack getting some recognition over Nash, Bryant, and Chris Paul
Jackson is averaging a career-best 21.6 points per game and gets our nomination here over Roy for his unparalleled impact on the Warriors' potential and swagger, judging by Golden State's 1-6 record while he was suspended to start the season and its 18-8 record -- 11-6 on the road -- since Jack's return.I'd like to see more of this from him.
This FanPost is a submission from a member of the mighty Golden State of Mind community. While we're all here to throw up that W, these words do not necessarily reflect the views of the GSoM Crew. Still, chances are the preceding post is Unstoppable Baby!

I heart Marc Stein
Honestly
Yeah we did well when SJax was here, and we did bad when SJax was out.
But imagine this team without Baron Davis. We'd be utterly hopeless.
i dont have to imagine..
We all love Jack but that's a serious reach
Seriously, he's a volume shooter who plays a Jekyll and Hyde offensive game and not only is he not even an All-Star, he's not even the most valuable player on his team (which is a fringe playoff team).
Hopefully Baron doesn't start getting pissed at all the Jackson overrating. Seriously, has anyone ever gone from underrated to overrated this fast?

you have to remember
I don't think Jax is even close to being overrated. I'll believe that when he starts getting praised on sportscenter every night, not the espn.com nba section.
Well
Bring on the BD Show!!!
NBA.com Race to the MVP column
They have Baron at 9
