Though I can't wait for the launch of '09, i am definitely not going to forget about the great times i've had with 2k8. I can honestly say that 2k8 was hands down the most addictive basketball game in a very long time. the only only thing i had against it was the occasional lag i had everytime i had to take the ball out.

only thing i hate about sports games is the fact that i only have 1 year to love them...this is just because almost every october/november, out comes the most recent game, and back to the stack of cd's does the previous one goes. so sad, so sad....

has anyone ever thought about having a 2k9 tournament? or even better, a 2k8?!? i mean, i am a guy, and being very stereotypical-like, i am pretty sure everyone else out there believes they are pretty darn good at the game. so why not show whatcha got, and have a little competition to show some bragging rights and have a little fun at the same time? any thoughts... if people were for it, id even be down to try and set one up with a grand prize and everything...picture on a blimp, your face on commercials, the whole bit!

and ive heard that you can actually play 5 on 5 now with 2k9! how ridiculous is that! if you can do this on live, thats just going to be crazy!
