Al Harrington states his trade to NYK " is a dream come true... "

Saw the video clip of his press conference in NY on NBA.COM today. Guy is pretty pathetic. Couldnt get a link, the guy said he was askin mully to trade him to NYK since april 18th. So basically you bitched and moaned and faked back spasms to get out of GSW. A bit of cheese for Al with his whine? Now hes sayin that D'antoni's system is similar to Nellie's... um ok Al, just now your a bigger part, possibly the go to guy on a shittier team. What has changed exactly? Al is gonna have a tougher crowd to please in the garden, with unforgiving fans and an organization that needs to win NOW. So lets see if Al can step up and be the 20/10 guy that even randolph was. my bet is against him however much I didnt mind his presence in Oakland.

In the rotation/starting line up with GSW >>> Top Guy on a 20 win team

Ill take the first choice!!!

As much as he pissed me off...

He was a HUGE part of our playoff push in 06-07. So when he returns to the Oracle, I for one will not boo him.

I will

boo him until my throat gives up. Then I’ll start throwing tomatoes on him.

i wish al wanted to stay

instead of going to a bad team just so he could have the chance to be the go to guy. al is definitley a good player, but he thinks he’s a star just like nellie said. i bet he’ll put 15-20 shots per game and average just a little more ppg then he did with the warriors.

Yea I Love Al.

But Nelson and him doesn’t get along.

remember when

coming here “was a dream come true”… i mean the guy has been on 10 billion teams, new one each year, can’t imagine he’ll be in NY too much longer

yeah

When he was still on Indiana, someone came up to him after practice and told him he got traded to Golden State. He said he had the biggest smile on his face when he heard the news. lol. He’s quickly becoming a basketball version of a man whore.

He probably

has a different dream each night, of him going to a different team. So whatever team he was sent to was a dream come true.

20/10 guy...

If Al averages 10 rebounds a game I will eat ten hotdogs in one sitting.

sure, as long as o. mike does his 10 on webcam at the same time so we can have a GSoM 20/10.

Yes!!!

Either way, somebody’s going for 20/10. And Al’s leaving the NBA in 2010! Synergy, it’s a beautiful thing.

Legit Interview

I think the interview was absolutly ok. Even the “dream” sequence made sense in the context of the question.
