The Grizzlies also have a young team led by Rudy Gay and rookie O.J Mayo (two guys I wouldn't mind having on the Warriors). We should be able to win easily however those two could create some matchup problems on the offensive end and with Marc Gasol in the middle this could be an interesting game.
- Warriors win by 8
- The Three Amigos each score over 15 points a piece.
- Rudy Gay scores 25+ points
- Al Harrington asks to be traded during half time. Nellie sits on him.

the warriors should easily win this one
coming off a nice win on the road and after two close games against good teams, the warriors should be playing with enough confidence to beat the young grizzlies. we may have the youngest team in the league but our starters are all veterans, hell even the 22 year old Biedrins is a seasoned vet now

because he is taking a TON of shots this season. He already has 10 shots in this game. Just through the first three games he is shooting 17 a game with only 37% success rate. Last year he averaged 11 per and the year before 14.

Amazing how this team scores eight points in eight minutes, goes down by 11 and Nelson somehow thinks his offense isn’t lacking.

I would trade our roster for Memphis’s roster. Theyare way under the cap with some great pieces, Conley, Gay, Gasol, and Mayo. And some decent bench pieces in Warrick, Lowry, Milicic, and Critteton.

we got biedrins and ironically a coach who hates big men, a solid jack and maggete that nellie is trying to use as superstars, buike and ronny are solid, al is disgruntled, and a bunch of young guys that nellie either loathes or will not play…..

he does not have a single play for Andris.All we are watching is one on one post up and jumpers.

That was almost unwatchable. I didn’t see any set plays the whole 4th quarter, it was all contested jumpers that missed badly. It’s everyone’s fault. The players should realize that shots aren’t falling and drive to the hoop. Also, Nellie should see that we can’t hit the broad side of a barn, and run plays to get to the rim. I would rather have watched us miss layups than watch that shooting display.

it unfair,
i got so used to lottery ball, a few highlights and watching other teams in the playoffs. then we make the playoffs, i drop out of college for the semester to get playoff tickets and i start thinking that we can actually be a legit nba franchise, and now we are back where we where when brian winter was our coach

It is obvious this team isn’t winning a championship. You either play to win now if you are a contender or play to win later if you are rebuilding. We are a rebuilding team that refuses to admit it. The young players looked horrible out there tonight. The only way to get them better is to play them. Not many players in the NBA are constantly game ready if they expect to sit the entire game the entire season.
So anyway, I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again, the worst move we made this summer was extending Nellie. I’m sorry. He still has time to turn this season around if he realizes winning now is a lost cause, but I am very worried for the year after this one when he reverts back to his old habits to squeeze our franchise thin in order for him to achieve the wins record.
well if his time with the Mavs is an indicator, look at game 35.
that’s when a not yet ready Dirk began getting consistent burn for about 20 minutes a game.
i’m guessing he can’t wave the white flag in game 4. he’d lose all credibility with his veteran players. doesn’t matter with Al, but Jack and Maggette might be around for 5 more years.
