What We're Missing And Where We're Going
Aside from the obvious, which is defense and this guy:
Now that I think about it, I look back on the players we lost this past offseason and realized how much we miss them.
For example:
-Matt Barnes: Look @ him with the Suns now. He's providing them with energy, hustle, heart, and the toughness that our team seems to lack.
-Pietrus: Before he was injured, he was having his best season as a pro. Aside from his numbers, the one thing he always gave us was energy and toughness on the defensive side.
-Harrington: Even though I hate this guy right now, you have to admit that he has heart and is passionate about the game when he applies himself.
-B Diddy: Leadership....period point blank!
You guys remember when we started off 0-6 last year? We all realized we were better than that since we knew Capt Jack was coming back and I don't know about you, but I just had that "feeling" that we would be a really good team and we turned out to be a good team.
This team is YOUNG and is lacking the intangibles and yes, Ellis to the Rim will help, but at the same time, I don't have the same "feeling" I had last year when I knew the Dubz would make a push for the playoffs.
I'm as optimistic as you can get when it comes to our Dubz, but I'm realistic to understand we won't make the playoffs this year. As a fan, all we can do is understand who we are as a team and hope we see improvement from some of our youngsters.

Almost everything and nowhere fast ! ! :-(
Dr. Jeff
Were missing a lot to get somewhere...
A big man with somewhat of a post game… I’m getting tired of cheap hook shots that never go in and seeing Biedrins spin circles around himself.
Toughness !!! this has got to be the weakest rotation ever…. Turiaf seems to help but never gets playing time when it counts.
Perimeter defense !!!! sick and tired of watching bad shooters have career nights against us.
Ask Steven Jack to do less….the guy is exhausted and isn’t nearly as aggressive as he used to be on the defensive end.
Give Belinelli a real chance to get some swagger. It’s not like we’re contending for anything…
Ask coach Nelson to think of other ways of playing, after 30 years I think most of the league has figured out his playbook where nothing evolves…
Oh I don’t know….tell someone to grab a rebound once in a while, Biedrins is not a one man wrecking crew…
Put an end to offensive stagnation, maybe move the ball once in a while….
Trade one of our bad signings… (Jack, Magg, Crawford) talent and skill are not the issue, however team cohesion may be overlooked….once again…
Give the youngsters real playing time and stop pulling them out after 2 mins. Trust your players, your confidence might help theirs coach !!!
Change ownership !!!! and management …they are the one common denominator that has led our team to be one of the worst these last decades……
We have talent and youth so we potentially could get somewhere, now e need discipline and rhythm and start adjusting once in a while

it was completely opposite at the start of the season, everyone proclaiming we’ll take the 8th seed, some even saying 7th and even 6th.
Hasheem "The Dream" Thabeet or Brandon Jennings. A Warrior in 09.
With the 6th Pick in the 2009 MLB Draft, the SF Giants pick Donovan Tate.
Andre Smith in Silver & Black in 2009.
yeah, i was surprised by how many ppl thought
that the Suns, Spurs, Nuggets and Mavericks were done. but then again there are ppl who would rather have Spencer Hawes over Greg Oden. i guess “no one” values defense and “everyone” values scoring.

I voted no, but nodoby expects us to make the playoffs.
too many good teams in the west. Dallas is gonna make it GARUNTEE.
Portland, THEY ARE STUDS AT HOME, NOT KIDDING. when’s the last time portland lost at home? And who the hell expects the YOUNGEST TEAM IN THE LEAGUE to make the playoffs anyways. Teams gotta be a bit old to have a chance.
ALL I WANT is a close .500 record..and improved players
dude screw
barnes. pietrus… ehhh…. Harrington…. maybe….. Baron…. yeah okay we do miss him, but it would be a lot different with monta here.
