Billups likely not in the lineup for tomorrow's game.

http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=3682890

I figured he wouldn't play so soon after being acquired.  This should be easy, they won't really have a point guard! Wait, we don't either....lol. Anyway, this would be the perfect rebound game for us, especially on national TV. Hopefully the fans will be pumped up, and we can keep Melo and JR Smith in check. I'd like to see Turiaf muscle up K-mart. Hopefully it will be a great time out!

we thought.

we would kill Memphis, but the opposite happened, the past two years have made me a optimistic Warriors fan and then i see games like last night and fall into the just another loss after loss attitude, like it was in the late 90’s and earlier this decade even though I will always watch the Warriors, I say Nuggets win by 10 in front of the home crowd

Remember last season?

We missed the playoffs by a few games. At the end of the season I remember looking back at all the games that the Warriors should have won. Losing against New Jersey, losing against Atlanta, losing against Charlotte etc; hopefully that loss against the Grizzlies isn’t going to hurt us in the long run.

The Warriors shouldn’t relax against the Nuggets either. They won’t have Billups but they still have Melo and Smith who always thrive in up tempo games.

by sjboy on Nov 5, 2008 9:31 AM PST up reply actions

you call that deep

I got: Andre miller, J-rich, Elton Brand,Timmy D, Mike Redd, Mike miller, Andris Beidrins with Jamar Nelson, Yi Jianlian,Kirk Hinrich, Louis William,Boris Diaw coming out of the bench. And I got: J-rich, Brand, Timmy D, Ron Ron, Devin Harris, Ramon Sessions, B-eazy, Al Throthon, Shaq, Hinrich, and Rodney Stackey on my other team. Shit now that is deep. Even i do lead both of my league in TO thou, but I do win every week. haha
