Where'd the Dubs games On-Demand go?

Hey long time reader...finally got my lazy ass to register and post something. But yeah, what gives with ComcastSportsNet? I can't seem to find the warrior games. I couldn't find the last Memphis game and I tried on past games but they just didn't have it. How long does it take for them to post the games On-Demand cuz i remember not finding the last Memphis game @ 3 am the next morning? It was never this hard to check'em on FSN. I live in the Castro Valley/San Leandro area...dunno if that affects the broadcasting.

Where to find

On Demand → Sports and leisure (I think) → CSN → Warriors

Usually they post them 30 mins or so after the game ends. Sharks are there, pretty sure warriors too (haven’t checked lately).

I've tried.

I know how to get there…the thing is, its never there! I used to give it more than 30 min because old FSN would take about 2 hours before they post it on-demand…but surely, they don’t take it out after a few hours right? It’s just not there.

I have a feeling it has something to do w/ me living in castro valley/san leandro. I hope i’m wrong. Has anyone had the same problems?

thanks though, mosdl.

me too

There is no “Warriors” subcategory for me once I get to Comcast SportsNet. They’ve got every other Bay Area sports team though. I’m in Walnut Creek.

The other thing I’m not understanding is the NBA League Pass. I thought I would get all of those live games being played on those “Team 1” “Team 2” channels during their free trial, but all I’m able to get is the NBA TV channel. When I select on of the games currently being played, I get the same message as I do whenever I select a premium channel I don’t subscribe to. I thought it was all free until 11-11.

it's messed up

It was never a problem with FSN…i get the whole wait for 1-2 hours before they post it, but seriously…what’s the purpose of on-demand if it can’t even reach most people..especially, ones who’ve enjoyed on-demand warriors game before (i remember enjoying it even after it switched to ComcastSportsNet). Does anyone know?

I’m sure there’s more than 2 people who have this problem. I tried calling comcast tonight, customer service couldn’t even check since they were in Sacramento. That’s what they said. crappy.

Legal Issue

I’m pretty sure its an issue between Comcast Sports Net and the Warriors ownership. Its the same reason why there isn’t a real post game show after Warriors games and there are for the Sharks and Giants. I think the Warriors were upset about the preferential treatment the other teams got and filed a lawsuit against Comcast. I’m fuzzy on all the details but it would explain why there is no more On Demand Warriors.
