2k8 has not been kind to the Oakland Raiders, but if there's any silver lining it's the proper recognition cornerback Nnamdi Asomugha is finally getting around the NFL. You can't help but respect and appreciate a guy who plays so hard despite his team's constant struggles and even comes on Bay Area sportscaster legend's Raj Mathai's Sports Sunday show to talk shop after tough losses. Nnamdi Asomugha is the ultimate professional and his first bowl selection is a well-deserved if not belated honor. Congrats to Asomugha. Probably THE BEST CB in the league. It’s a shame he has to play for a terrible team.
