Belated Thoughts on Nellie and A. Randolph
Food for thought: even if Randolph busts his hump in practice and learns Nellie's system to perfection, will Nellie give him playing time?
It's easy to criticize a guy in the media. But if you take away his motivation what do you expect him to do? The Warriors are one of the worst teams in the league, criticizing a 19 year-old rookie's a complete cop-out.

Monta was given the cold shoulder too when they went to the playoffs

Yeah but Monta’s a guard. In Nellie’s offense he had to know he was going to get his opportunity eventually. I don’t think you can say the same for Randolph.
B. Wright barely gets opportunities and he’s one of the most promising young bigs in the league.

Yeah, not very classy thing to do. If I was Rudolf I’d certainly want to be traded, maybe to the Mavs?
