ALERT! Wright may be playing soon!

Just found this on sfgate.com

Wright, whom Nellie loves to say won't be ready to play until his braces come off, is set to have them removed this weekend.

here's the link: http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/blogs/warriors/detail?&entry_id=24315

Just thought it was pretty funny, and you never know, he may play soon (GOD I HOPE HE DOES). But then again, Nellie's words don't always have credibility to back them up. Guess we'll just see how it turns out after the All-Star break.
But I'm sure we can all agree, The Wright Thing To Do Is To Play Wright, Wright?

This FanPost is a submission from a member of the mighty Golden State of Mind community. While we're all here to throw up that W, these words do not necessarily reflect the views of the GSoM Crew. Still, chances are the preceding post is Unstoppable Baby!

hahaha
that was hilarious and disappointing at the same time. damn you for making me think he was really going to get minutes! oh btw, I saw austin croshere yesterday at monterey bay aquarium. They do NOT exaggerate the heights of nba players. I'm 6 foot 2, and 6 4 with the shoes i was wearing, he made me look like mugsy bogues, i came up only to his shoulder. I was going to talk to him, but he was with his daughter so i thought it was best to leave the guy alone and let him be with his family.

BW!
Alright man...just no jumpers...and don't try to handle the rock for more than 3 dribbles...and front your man on D...we don't want you to snap in half at the first sign of a backdown...and don't try to throw any dimes into any slim passing lanes, because, this NBA game moves fast...

Just run around and jump and dunk when the opportunity is there.  Scrap after a few loose balls and try to throw some bones on somebody when the ball goes up on the defensive end.  Fire that hip bone at somebody's knees and the glass should be yours!  Finally, try to move your skeleton (feet first) and fight the urge to slap those octopus arms all over a shooter slicing through your sticks in the lane.

Above and beyond that, good luck.  Lord knows we could use any one of a number of your hypothesized talents.  If that is the case, this team will be far better for it!

I was so excited when I saw this
and then I realized it was (more or less) a joke.  I think that one of the things Dubs fans all agree on is the Wright needs more PT.  Some fans will hate on BD or Jack for needing the ball and jacking up ridiculous 3s when Beans is open, but I've never seen anybody argue about whether or not the Wright Brother should get some more playing time.  Maybe someday Nellie will come to his senses and realize rookies aren't poisonous...

then we will fight in the shade.

Do The Wright Thing!!!
We should get this movement going!! I'm nowhere near as good as Tony.PSD but here's a crude little poster for the movement.

That was mean spirited.
Getting our hopes up like that. I think all the fans and everyone around the team except for Nellie want this guy to get some minutes.
Maybe slip a ruffy in Nelson's pre-game beer and have Smart give the rookies some play time. Maybe if they show themselves to be productive Nelson will have a change of heart.
