    Don Nelson
    On tonight's game:
    "I think the game speaks for itself. The bench played, they were ready, the team had a great start and we opened the game well. Like I said the game will speak for itself."
    On Stephen Jackson's Injury::
    "Not sure, somebody ran into him. He said he was okay after he sat for a couple of minutes."

    On Brandan Wright::
    "I thought he played well, I thought he was active, he ran, we got him a couple of easy baskets and it was his career-high so far."

    On Monta Ellis Shooting 60 percent for the Month::
    "Well (Sidney) Moncrief did it for me when I was in Milwaukee and like he said, he did it without me calling a single play for him. I guess that was quite a feat. Only nine guys have ever done that and if you're keeping stats, put that one in your book. He's shooting 50% for the year. I expect him to make shots and I'm surprised when he doesn't"

    Monta Ellis
    On his recent play:
    "I think it gets tougher and tougher every night. But I'm just more locked in, concentrating, and just trying to knock the shot down."

    Mickael Pietrus
    On tonight's game:
    "I think it's very important for us, off the bench, to come out very focused because we have a lot of games to go before the playoffs and I think we need everybody. That's what we did last year during the last 20 games. We really stuck together and tried to play the best basketball we can and we did."

    Matt Barnes
    On tonight's game:
    "It's time to start making that push. The west is still open, and we're in the eighth spot but it's time to start making that push. We had a good performance from the bench and overall I think we played very well. They put themselves in a large hole with our defense and we kinda just ran from there. The starters played well and we had good energy off the bench and that's how we won the game."
    On the team's defensive effort:
    "Our defense played well tonight. To start the game we had some lapses but overall we played pretty well. It got sloppy at times but we won and that's the most important thing."

    On Monta shooting 60% in February:
    "Monta's on fire. He's one of the hardest players in the league to guard. Once you come up on him, he's gonna go by you, if you back off he's gonna hit his shot. Monta's becoming that superstar and he's really hard to stop."
