Here's what the offseason is looking like:

Restricted: Monta, Kabuki, Andris, Watson

Unrestricted: Barnes, Croshere, Baron (ETO - I don't know what that means?), POB, Pietrus, Webber

As far as I am concerned, Monta needs to be locked up.  I know he'll want some serious $, but the dude is 22.  Azubuike is another that we need to lock up.  

I love Baron with all my heart and soul, but this IS a business as well.  If he wants more than 3 years, we need to think about how much to pay him.  

Biedrins?  If he wants too much, let him walk as far as I am concerned.  I don't think he'll ever dominate.  POB wants out - I guess let him go?  I was somewhat intrigued by a Wright/POB frontcourt in the future.  I'd also like to keep Barnes.  

So that's it, what are your thoughts on this?  This offseason will be interesting, if nothing else.  Don't think I'm taking my eyes off the proverbial ball though, let's kill it in the playoffs, baby!
