Printwhat other young centers are out there Emeke Okafor? since we are on the rebuild lets send al harrington and stephen jackson over to portland for steve blake, joel przybilla, and greg oden. i know how that sounds but oden could still be great. and harrington and jackson aren't so hot without BD. so lets play the youngsters Oden AR & B Wright Ellis and blake until we get a legit PG or play Ellis at the 1 and petries at the 2. we also can offer josh smith too much money to turn down and trade AR with the rest of them. we cant contend for a playoff spot in the west any way until the spurs suns and mavs fall off, so maybe we can win the lotto next season and get a pg or go after (i'm trying not to say kirk hinrick) go after felton and okafor in a package deal.
greg oden is more attainable than okafor. and we all know we could use him. can oden restore our hope is the question.

Yeah, good to see my Bedgers have already come on over here. The day we trade Oden and the Vanilla Gorilla for Jackson and the Ninja Turtle (Harrington looks like a Ninja Turtle), well that’s a day that just will never come to pass. And I thought some of the trade proposals on the Blazersedge were getting out of hand.

I don’t live in Portland at the moment, but the music scene down there is pretty indie. You know Elliot Smith, Menomena etc. Actually Bill Simmons even mentioned Bloc Party in one of his columns, and I think this was before Weekend in the City. Now that was a POS.

I'm open to the trade
TMNT and FreeJaxx could really stretch the floor, and the Blazers are trying to win NOW—vets like them could really help stretch the floor, and Oden is a rookie. Who wants to watch a rookie play? I’ll tell you who does NOT want to watch a rookie play: ME, MORTIMER. Rookies don’t stretch the floor.
So, Ojp, I am more than willing to hear why you think both teams go for this trade. Nelly-ball doesn’t like big men, and while Oden is really fast and stuff, can he shoots 3’s? He’ll sit on the end of the bench like Brandon Wright does.
Like I said, I am intrigued by this deal and I think it could help turn Portland into a championship roster.
I just want to hear why the Blazers should do this deal, and why Golden State should. You got me hooked and I can’t stop staring, I just wanna hear you clinch the deal, yo!
