Gilbert Arenas
WHAT THE HELL.
according to http://sports.yahoo.com/nba/news;_ylt=AgU7mhx.6MHZ4V5cCrqzWEi8vLYF?slug=aw-arenas070108&prov=yhoo&type=lgns
the dubs are offering arenas five years 95 mil. and you couldnt beat the clippers’ 5 years less than 60 mil to our very own baron davis??!
this organization baffles me. you cannot tell me that injury is a concern because arenas had one leg basically all of last year. and with arenas preferring to stay in washington, and getting a longer deal with more money, its not looking very likely that a return to oakland will happen.
this is pathetic. how much dumber can this organization be. i COMPLETELY blame them for this situation.

Umm...
That has not once been confirmed. It wouldn’t surprise me if it was just Gil’s agent squeezing turnips. It worked, didn’t it? Washington offered him a huge contract. Who’d a thunk that an overrated shoot first point guard with a bad knee would command so much money.

Keep the eye on the prize.
If we don’t atleast resign Monta, this should go down as the worst free agency a team has ever had. Period.
And what did Gilbert do recently to command 100 million? Write on his blog about how he, Jamison and Butler still can’t beat 1 Lebron James? If that’s all it takes I’m in the wrong business.

Heads Up
Lets jst keep our heads up, we will all miss baron very dearly, but there are many good players in free agency. Lets jst sign Josh Smith and we will be back. Monta,Jack,Smith,Harrington,Biedrins. lets also resign buike. I hope to god that we sign smith and not arenas

this hurts more than cwebb for googs
This is a nightmare! Cap room is great but, we’re going to end up paying hienrich 11 mil per season if we trade for him. we were trying to hawk Baron big time in negotiations. I would have left if I were Baron as well. He saved the gosh darned franchise, and he’s worth less than Nash? No way!
Offering an injured Gil 20mil per season and not offering Baron 13? What a mess. Doe anyone remember how badly they played with Monta at the point? The team fell apart when Baron wasn’t playing. Welcome to another ten years of Warrior mediocrity. Thanks Cohan and Mully. I’m so glad I didn’t get tickets again, I might become a clippers fan. At first I was pissed at BD, but this is on the warriors!

![Back in Time: March 19, 1972 [SI.com]
Led by Elgin Baylor, Wilt Chamberlain and Jerry West, the Los Angeles Lakers beat the Golden State Warriors 162-99. The 63-point margin of victory established a record for most lopsided victory in NBA history.
Tonight shouldn't be that bad on TNT (fingers crossed)- although we do remember how "Unstoppable Baby!" the Warriors were the last time they were on national TV.](http://cdn0.sbnation.com/fan_shot_images/38020/3368430170_4f4f556516_o_small.jpg)
