Around SBN: Cal RB Jahvid Best Seriously Injured, Carted Off Field

Jamaal Tinsley

yeah this would solve our problems for a back up point. Bird is trying to trade this guy , he is only 28 and is a vet. Has great passing skills and court vision. can shoot the three, and is 6' 3. He floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee. meaning he can drive to the lane. He also has very good handles.  sooo.... can anyone explain why is he not on the warriors radar? apprish!

40% FG shooting, 31% 3pt shooting, and has been even more injury prone than baron the last four years.

JT

is JAX’s enabler. He is bad news.

Hmm...

With Jackson and Tinsley on the same team again I’d be worried about getting shot when I go out at night in the bay. =P

In all seriousness I think if he ends up getting bought out (as has been reported as a possibility) and can be had for the minimum (or close to it) I’d take a long look. He is not a perfect fit by any means but his stock is lower than his talent right now so he could be a bit of a bargain

here's the thing

we have lost baron, our main ball theif which is NECESSARY for the warriors uptempo style. we also lost pietrus, who was pretty good at coming up with steals also. tinsley is quite the theif and would help us a lot despite being an injured wreck.

Tinsley is not worth the headache

theres a reason Larry Legend is simply giving up on him.

tinsley

is not a people’s player, the type of player we DONT need.
one of the reasons he’s getting shopped is that he doesnt get along with the fans in indiana, and those guys r fairly easy to please. i mean, they already put up with those pansies mike and troy every night.
theres no way we would want him

Thank you, Dubs.

lol misterho

Why do they waste money on their tickets watching Dunleavy and Murphy every night. But then again, Dunleavy had his best season of his career and Murphy was just solid.

I don’t want Tinsley because he is a headache and has major injury problems. He is a much worse version of Baron.

i hope we win a championship soon

Mullin

has a history of gambling on high-risk, high-reward guys like Baron and Jax. It wouldn’t really surprise me if he went after Tinsley since the Pacers are DESPERATELY trying to trade him. He’ll never come cheaper.

It's almost like the Warriors have 6 guys out there... they always have a guy open! - Jon Barry commentating game 3 last year

Ugh, Tinsley...

Bad, bad fit, imho. Plus he’s still got 3/$21 mil left on his deal.

You may run like Hayes. but you hit like sh**!

Only if Tinsley....

is released, id say throw the vet. min at him. He is a proven starter but he plays limited minutes, i think he’ll be effective.

NO!

then we’d just be the Pacers of a few years ago (-O’Neal & Miller)

then we’d just be the Pacers of a few years ago

Yeah, We don’t want to get in the playoffs like 10 years in a row do we?

oh i'm sorry

we have comparable players to O’Neal and Reggie Miller do we? Did you miss that stepson?

I'm not sure I'll ever be able to stop laughing

Even Mullie would never compare Marco and Reggie

Marco could be solid, but he’s at best a homeless man’s Reggie Miller

If he gets bought out

I’d consider him for the minimum, but be wary because of Jackson

Otherwise, hell to the naw
