Bobby Brown

I was just reading the link to the Louis Willams post and came  across this.

But Brown's also getting enough NBA interest now to conceivably land the guaranteed deal that would enable him to stay home. New Orleans wants to bring him to training camp and had Chris Paul call Brown to invite him to compete for minutes as CP3's backup. I'm hearing that the Warriors like him just as much, if not more, which must be why Nelson could be spotted at most of Brown's games.

All i have heard is good stuff about this guy but i dont really know much about him. Is there a possibaility that we could get him and would he be a good fit.

the guy is really good and has been a solid point in the summer league at least.

Don't be cruel

It’s his prerogative if he wants to prove himself good enough in the league, because every little step he takes should be carefully considered when bringing him to any team. Ain’t nobody humpin’ around when it comes to little known free agents, but if what you say is true then he shouldn’t be on his own for long. It’s possible that he ain’t worth it, but he also could be a good new edition to the Warriors. Everybody knows that’s the way love is. Whitney.

Sorry, I just had to.

At first I misread your last name as “Bivins”, as in Bobby Brown’s New Edition buddy Michael Bivins.

Yeah, I think I opened up a can of worms with my post.

Cool it Now

I heard this guy is balling so much, that he doesn’t even have time for a girlfriend. Hopefully, we have a real interest, and it’s not just popcorn love. Really, a little bit of love is all it takes for the rest of the league to start to show interest, and then he’ll be Triumf, I’m with you all the way, I think we need to get this guy quick; it’s crucial. C’mon dubs: Hit me off with a little B. Brown. I’m sure he can crack the rotation.

he's got game

As a student at Long Beach State, I’ve seen him last year at Cal state Fullerton. He’s got a good overall game and was a consistent thorn against our squad. I hope the Warriors are keepin an eye on this guy

Great VSL player

He and Ramon Sessions have been the surprise hits of the summer

by pree on Jul 20, 2008 6:51 PM PDT   0 recs

My prerogative

this guy got some game…I think we should take a good look at him, esp. if he got handles and can push the ball, Nelie style. I’m more intrigued by Louis Williams, but who knows if we can afford him. He really hasn’t done much yet, even with decent minutes in Philly, so he shouldn’t be commanding more than a couple mil a year. If we can’t nab LW, then Mr. “Every Little Step I Take” should be a good candidate.
