A corruption of the word “Owned.” This originated in an online game called Warcraft, where a map designer misspelled “owned.” When the computer beat a player, it was supposed to say, so-and-so “has been owned.”

Instead, it said, so-and-so “has been pwned.”

It basically means “to own” or to be dominated by an opponent or situation, especially by some god-like or computer-like force.

Monta jumps out to a lead of 10-0.

Then Baron thinks to himself, this is kind of like the fourth quarter, right? Alright, maybe I should start playing hard.

Baron goes back up 11-10.

Baron has the ball for the last shot. Monta slips on defense, leaving Baron an opening. Instead he decides to turn back to the three point line, jump around in place, then fire a three. He swishes it, and wins in style.

Freakin’ hilarious. Im sure u guys have you guys seen the video of monta’s secret…HOT WAX…that youtube video where he comes out prancing with wax all over his hands…and it really looks like some else…ummm yeah…You think it really works for him or its psycological?

monta, but monta has a quickness advantage. I am really excited for this matchup it will be tough. we need to see how well monta plays the point and how much better he has gotten from last year. Monta should run circles around baron but if baron tries hella hard on defense.. yes he does have lateral quickness, monta will have a tough time.

Baron will definately use his strength against Monta because it will be tough for him to use his speed against Monta. But it also depends on how much Monta can improve at the point and his defense. It will be a close and exciting match up no doubt.

So this means we will have an actual storyline behind the game that could make it meaningful for both, or one. For instance if we are both off to great or good starts, or if we are they aren’t or reverse(unlikely). Or if neither of us are then it’ll be a pretty meaningless game other than to find out if Baron’s new team or Maggette’s new team is better. But if we are both in the mix of things that early then both Monta and Baron will have to elevate their games and it could be a showdown.

I say “luckily” because that means Monta will have some experience under his belt to show off, CP3 opening night. If we’re talking about a 1 on 1 halfcourt game than it’s all about scoring and D, but if we are talking a game( which we are) it also comes down to who can get their teamates involved and whose teamates wil rise to the occasion. Maggette for 1 and Jax Beans Al and Buike, and Nellie, are gonna wanna stick it to Baron and the Clipps.

Its also hard to say who gets owned because its pretty likely that Baron has better overall stats, except perhaps points, and the W’s win the game. So although Baron had better stats, didnt he get “pwned”?

oh god i needa watched that south park episode again. anyway i think baron would as of now jus cuz he has more moves, experience, better defense, and experience over monta. but monta does have a ridiculous first step and is fast as f**k
