Warriors Sign Free Agent Justin Williams to fill up Roster

http://www.nba.com/warriors/news/warriors_sign_justin_williams.html

The Warriors signed Justin Williams, which now brings the roster to 18. This is really a no risk move to bring in another big guy. With our roster as it stands, I'd like to see Nellie rotate a lot of guys in and see what combinations work. With Monta being out, it seems that the pressure will be off for a while, so it's a great time to experiment.

This FanPost is a submission from a member of the mighty Golden State of Mind community. While we're all here to throw up that W, these words do not necessarily reflect the views of the GSoM Crew. Still, chances are the preceding post is Unstoppable Baby!

wow

i like this, i remember justin williams played for the sacramento kings, he’s supposed to be an excellent rebounder. not sure if there’s a spot for him on our roster though, we’ll just have to see.

this guy is seriously athletic, a really good shot blocker, ad seems to have a decent bball IQ. what am i missing here? why would two teams drop him!?!?!?

I'm keen on the professional basketball club The Golden State Warriors. I don't fancy other clubs.

HMMM

He sure looked GOOD…on a BAD team though! But who knows right? He probably won’t make the team though! Looks like another “tweener”. Isn’t big or strong enough to be a PF and can’t tell if he has an outside game to play SF.

"If you hit .440 with 20 bombs, you don't have to do s---. You don't have to bring a glove to practice, just hit and leave whenever you want. You can bring a 40 and smoke a cigarette and call me from the parking lot asking me what time the game is, and I'll tell you. You can even say 'F--- you, Steve!' Actually, don't say that, that wouldn't be very nice." -Steve Friend, Head Coach, Chabot College Gladiators Baseball

Wait? Is this the rebounding guy? The one who is really, really good at rebounding? I didn’t know he was available, I’m pretty excited. Personally I want Morrow on the team, so I hope it is between him and Hendrix.

Hendrix

was also a very good rebounder in college. I’m hoping Morrow, Hendrix, and Williams ALL go to Bakersfield and get some run. Heck if they sent Randolph down there with those three I’d go watch em play!
