1st Day of Practice Done
The Warriors wrapped up their first day of practice. Over at the warriors website, you can check some interviews from the team.

Watching Don Nelson interview, makes you wonder. Does he just hate doing these interviews at the start of camp or does he just not want to be there. He is just distance and not caring about the interview for most of it. He does seem to get excited though when talking about Morrow. Talking about how it just makes you wonder how someone so good can go un-drafted. Not only may he be the best shooter on our team but would be on a lot of teams and he is just glad he is here.
So after the first day of practice, what is everyone opionin in the state of the Warriors? How long do you think Nellie will sick it out?

I didn't watch the interview yet
I’ll watch it later, though. But yeah, Don is old. I can understand.
This season will most likely be a big surprise. Whether it’s a frustrating surprise or an amazing surprise. I feel like the Warriors will be a big story this year (in a positive way), but I know i’m probably just being too optimistic.

How much longer?
Probably depends on how many wins we get this season, if Nelson is close to the record he might stick around one more year? He could get an assistant to do the routine work and just show up at games to be the coach of record.

getting excited
easy to understand why he’s not excited right now, but that’s no excuse – coach has to have some enthusiasm or his players will not … professionals or not, enthusiasm’s caught from the leader and the first month of the season Nelson will have to be a magic maker to get these guys believing – better start soon
re Morrow, don’t get too hyped up – recall Nelson got excited about Marco last summer …

not to mention
morrow might not even make the roster if hendrix, as assumed, gets the 14th spot, and they go with the point guard (nelson) over the shooter (morrow) for the last spot
"If you hit .440 with 20 bombs, you don't have to do s---. You don't have to bring a glove to practice, just hit and leave whenever you want. You can bring a 40 and smoke a cigarette and call me from the parking lot asking me what time the game is, and I'll tell you. You can even say 'F--- you, Steve!' Actually, don't say that, that wouldn't be very nice." -Steve Friend, Head Coach, Chabot College Gladiators Baseball

Marco
Nellie is probably going to cut Morrow to give more playing time and opportunity to Belinelli.
This will probably be Nellie’s last year. In the Jackson’s interview I heard someone mention that Jack and Biedrins are co-captains this season. I’m guessing that Nellie will put a lot of emphasis on Beans to put him in a good position before Nellie leaves. This season will be crazy for the youngsters.

not even Nelson is crazy enough
to play Marco major minutes when he has Jax, Maggs, Kaz, Morrow, AR, CJ, Williams, and Thunder to turn to … yes, Marco is behind ALL of them on my depth chart

Does that mean Morrow not pan out?
List of players Nellie praised during Training Camp: Dunleavy, Pietrus, Al Harrington, Dajuan Wagner, Belinelli.

swingmen...shooters
Seems like we have a lot of swingman or shooters coming off the bench which makes me wonder if we have to many or which ones are going to step up…. or if any are going to step up at all. Morrow the best shooter on the team?? u know nellie loves that and he’s 6’5 and long and has a real quick release, is belinelli even on nellie’s mind anymore?? we still have buike probally being the first guy off the bench (him or turiaf) ……and randolph will play 3 or 4 and bwright at 4…. seems like a very deep team im just wondering who is going to step up and who is going to not. I remember how much belinelli got hyped up last summer league, seems like a similar scenario with morrow but i’m still excited… always love a guy who fights his way into the league. I’m gonna be optmistic about this this season … i see us in a fight for the couple last playoff spots towards the end of the season

You have terrible grammar.
Are you planning on completing all of those sentences that used ellipses for? Or are those supposed to be periods?

Morrow watch
I remember last year pre season I would watch for belinelli shooting percentage and he seem to always be way below 50 percent 2 for 10, 5 for 14, etc , etc, then I remember what a critic said when we drafted him that he was a streak shooter . I get impression that’s not the case with morrow he’s more of a pure shooter so when pre season starts let’s check the box score.

Let's pump Morrow up
Maybe he will be trade bait if nothing else. As far as I am concerned, Nellie should have a press conference every day and say he is shooting the lights out.

I don't see why people are so down on Bellinelli already
Especially since he’s only played a total of maybe 50 minutes.

amen
esp. considering he only got real minutes twice in the second half of the season, and he scored in double figures each, and also efficiently. plus, he showed some nice playmaking abilities/passing in vegas, so you can have him as the 1 in an offensively potent backcourt.

Which is 49 minutes too many.
