GSoM Kids Day
Martin Luther King Jr. Day is a time for us to celebrate just how far this nation has come in realizing Dr. King's dream of unity. It's also an opportunity to reflect and think about what we all need to do together to fully attain that goal. We've come a long way and have a long way to go. We just have to believe we'll get there.

To celebrate this beautiful day in the Bay your friends at GSoM will be watching today's matinee festivity at Roaracle between the Golden State Warriors and the Washington Wizards alongside 100 young Warriors fans and their friends/ family. GSoM would like to give a golden welcome to the good people at:
- Bay Area Youth
- Youth Speaks
- Oakland Children's Hospital
- Dream League
- Be a Mentor
- American Indian Child Resource Center
- Healthy Oakland
This will be the very first game for many young Warriors fans at the Roaracle, so if you're going to be in attendance be like Public Enemy and...

BRING THE NOISE!
Our first GSoM Kids Day would not have been possible without the very generous support of Chris Murphy and the Golden State Warriors who pitched in 110 tickets free of charge. We'd also like to thank Frank Martinez of BG Concepts for helping us create some special gifts for the occasion...

Happy MLK Day!

Live stream?
anybody know where I could stream the game? I’m stuck at work and would love to watch the game
Great work Atma...
It’s good to see you guys using this forum to do good things for the local youth. I always love the idea of kids getting out to the afternoon games on MLK day. And it’s even better that today you helped a bunch of them get to see the game who wouldn’t have otherwise been able to. Keep up the good work.
BTW I found it funny that the picture you chose for to post for MLK day featured Malcom X more predominately than MLK. I’m sure it was no coincidence.
Thing 2
Thanks for the continued support
Really appreciate the kind words.
That MLK-Malcolm X pic is a classic! Two great men whose lives sadly ended way too soon. In such short life spans they both managed to change the American landscape forever.
