Marcus Thompson asks: "Want the Matrix?"
My take: the only way we could end with Marion would be through a 3-team deal, since we definitely don't have the players Miami wants. Any deal would have to include Crawford and/or Maggette to make the salaries work. It would probably also have to include either Randolph or Wright as incentive for another team to take Maggette or Crawford's long term contracts.
This roster doesn't sound bad at all:
Ellis / Watson
Belinelli / Morrow
Jack / Azubuike
Marion / Randolph
Biedrins / Turiaf

not a bad thought
tough to want to make a trade right when we’re starting to see the potential of all of our talent on the court at once, but we need a legit 4 who can board, defend, and stretch the D. Marion can be this guy in a Nelson style offense, just like he did in phoenix. Why not see a post with this trade proposal? If the deal is right, I would like to see it. If nothing else it gets us some cap relief once he bolts for somewhere else for someone willing to pay him…like NYC or Toronto

If we want to play up tempo than of course marion would be a great fit. Eventually I feel like we should slow it down and invest in big guys

I’d take it. worst case scenario we have a high draft pick and 17 mil to spend in the offseason. Best case scenario Marion and Monta lead a surge that puts us at the end of the lottery and we likely retain Marion for a little less than what he’s making now.
