Around SBN: Can Tebow Say No To Anything?

So hooked on economics is Dumars, an agent testifies, he was prepared to deal treasured Tayshaun Prince for Stephen Jackson whose contract was set to terminate after next season. When the Warriors committed to New Jack City for a three-year extension, Detroit's purported proposal came off the table.

Ehh

I dunno if I prefer Prince over Jax. At the beginning of the season when we were based around Stephen, and he was our #1 option? Yes, I’d rather have Prince.

But Stephen is a comparable scorer and defender. He’s a much better passer, and Nellie loves point forwards. Also, he’s our leader. Prince was more than happy being the quiet guy behind chauncey, rip and rasheed. If we’re going to be the youngest team in the league, we need one of our vets to be a good leader.

Stephen is NOT a comparable defender

After what happened with that fight

in Detroit several years ago with Artest and Wallace and the fans, I doubt they would like him up there. Besides, we have enough lanky lefties.

Jack is our leader.

No way we should trade Stephen Jackson. He should end his career as a Warrior at the very least, and if we manage to win that championship in 2 to 3 years then we should retire his jersey.

I Believe In Monta Ellis.
