I'm looking at about 14 wins too.

But the 17 & 18 would be difficult no? back to backs…then again, if they win the first one, it’s okay to lose the second one…I think they might have a higher chance of winning the blazers on the 20, then the spurs on the 25.

then again, i’ll take any win. LGW!

Wow

A 9-0 start? That would be something.

Honestly, I think its very possible…As long as we have a healthy roster that plays to their potential….But that stretch Nov17-Nov25 is pretty un-winnable.

Too many away games, road trips.

It’s gonna be tough, but I think most of the teams are beatable.

I’m guessing we end up right around .500.

by Jeremy Belvins on Oct 27, 2009 7:36 PM PDT reply actions

9-7 is possible; anything more will be UNSTOPPABLE BABY!

The team played well when Monta was back towards the end of last season and theoretically should be better with Randolph and Morrow having a season under their belts so they will likely be contributing more. They added Curry plus some bench contract-expirers but also lost Wright, Crawford, Marco and Jackson’s sanity.

No real expectations this year so I hope they can play loose and maybe the stars will align?

Win the inning.

Honestly, I’d be pretty ecstatic with 7-9. We face a lot of weak teams, but we’ve also got a lot of road games packed into the month, including the brutal five-game East Coast swing that was last season’s death knell.

It’s very important that we get off to a presentable start. If we don’t stay within shooting distance of .500, Nellie is gonna lose focus and things will get ugly. So, yeah. I’ll go with 7-9, and be satisfied if that happens.

I'm going to say

9 wins, but as long as we have a decent record after a month i think we will have a chance to make the playoffs. The start of our season will define our season
