I'd guess sf, sj are the choices
San Jose wanted the Kings, but they might do with a WNBA team.

or Warrior Princesses? Since the WNBA team usually is the female version of the NBA team in the city.

Really?
I wasn’t aware that the Mercury were the female version of the Sun
or that Sparks were the female version of a Laker
or Stars and Spurs? no correlation
Atlanta Dream and Hawks?
Chicago Bulls and Sky?
Indiana Fever and Pacer?
In other words.. WNBA teams are usually NOT the female version of the NBA team in the city.
The only 3 that have some resemblance are the King/Monarch Wolves/Lynx(not really) Wizards/Mystics(Mystics arent the female version of Wizards, witches are.)

If the Monarchs couldn’t succeed in Sacto I don’t imagine they’d succeed in the Bay Area. There’s alot of pro and college sports going on around here for them to attract a big fanbase. They may do better in a smaller market, maybe hook up with Okla Thunder (at least that’s where Courtney Paris played in college).
