Raptors HQ- Trading Bosh
Seems like there are rumblings Bosh could be traded by deadline. If there was anyway we could get an extension I'd give them Biedrins and Randolph and not think twice

Aren’t they already invested in Barngani at the 5? I just don’t see a trade with them working, sadly.
Sittin in my scraper watchin Oakland goin wild, ta-dow!
More of a 4
He can’t rebound at all, and plays perimeter. Bargnani strikes me as a cross of dirk and okur. Eitherway he needs to be teamed w/ an interior player who can above all rebound. Of course bosh works for this, but if they lose bosh i imagine they’ll look at boozer or maybe dlee or someone who basically will grab all those rebounds bargnani cannot
Not Randolph, come on now...
I know Randolph hasn’t shown much lately but he’s going to be great, imagine a front court of Randolph and Bosh backcourt of Steph, Monta and a mystery SF (perhaps Caron Butler in that Maggette + draft pick trade someone suggested)…
i'm gonna ignore the bias of your name....
Bosh is 25, and a proven all star caliber PF. If it was say Amare (someone closer to 28, w/ an injury history) I’d think twice… but in bosh we’d get an all star caliber player to compliment monta (who is 24), who is entering his prime, for a good role playing center and a talent but one which hasn’t been fulfilled yet.
To me this team looks like a lock for playoffs for next 8 years minimum and depending on developement of other players (morrow, curry etc) a title challenger in a couple years when they reach there prime and kobe and co r declining, spurs r gone etc.
So “rumblings” are a fanshot on a Raptors blog? C’MON MAN!

if we could get him to sign an extension
give them Biedrins and Randolph
even in the West, having Monta and Bosh could arguably be one of the best one, two punches (if they both contine the way they have been playing)
if we could do Claxton, Biedrins, and Randolph for Bosh, Amir Johnson and a pick then I’d say yes
a lot of people don’t want to trade Randolph but he doesn’t seem the same as before
AR is not the same because....
the coaches wont let him be himself, have you noticed everytime he makes a mistake, he looks at the bench… he hasn’t been playing as well as we all expected but he’s also not getting the minutes to play freely. Maybe the coaches are right ? we can’t predict the future, we’ll see… but in my opinion, we should hang on to him, I think he’s a future all star…
AR is not that good
he looks good in small spells, but when he plays longer, its mistake after mistake
That's what happens when you're 20 YEARS OLD!!!

I like Beans more
I’d rather trade Randolph + someone else for Bosh. I love Andris effort and rebounding every night. Are we forgetting that Biedrins has been our only legit center for the last few years?
The Time Is Now! Win Warriors Win!
In any trade for Bosh, you’d pretty much have to start with Monta or Andris.
Though to be honest, I’m not sure either of them is worth trading Bosh. I doubt Colangelo is that stupid. At the very least he’ll want Monta and AR.

he loses a leg to stand on if he knows he'll lose bosh for nothing...
I think Biedrins (a center who’d compliment rebound retarded bargnani, and who is under contract) + some young talent would be MORE than enough…
the q is can we resign him? If we can it’s a no brainer, we can find a center on less than MLE to go w/ turiaf and hunter. Drew Gooden perhaps?
A few hurdles on that trade
Mainly, Bosh has to agree to an extension. Without an extension, it’s a non-starter. I could live with a max extension if we’re not giving up that much.
Giving away Biedrins and Randolph is as much of a no brainer as it was before Biedrins went down with a notoriously debilitating injury and Randolph regressed… except now I want to make the trade instead of laughing at it.
There will be other suitors, so his value should stay high, but unless Bosh signs an extension, the offers will be very low ball.
You have been DFiBrillated.
