Attention SoCal Dubs Fans
Hey guys, Steve Perrin here, aka the artist formerly known as ClipperSteve.
I know there are some Warriors fans stuck down here in the LA area. If you're interested, we're having a Clips Nation viewing party at the Beach Club in Long Beach tonight to watch the game. Now, this is Clips Nation, not GSoM. We might have 20 people there if we're lucky, not like the thousands that turn out for GSoM events. But if you want to stop by, please do. We promise not to be mean.
After all, it's Clippers North versus Warriors South.
Date: TONIGHT
Time: Game starts at 7:30 PM, I'll be there about 7 I'm guessing
Location: The Beach Club Sports Bar
5755 E. Pacific Coast Highway, Long Beach (where PCH and Bellflower and 7th intersect, by the Ralphs)
This FanPost is a submission from a member of the mighty Golden State of Mind community. While we're all here to throw up that W, these words do not necessarily reflect the views of the GSoM Crew. Still, chances are the preceding post is Unstoppable Baby!

Thanks for the invite Steve
Warriors + Clippers fans in true harmony and forever banding against the evil force known as the LA Lakers- gotta love it.

We promise not to be mean.
Haha… if either of our teams’ fans decided to be mean, it’d just devolve into a downward spiral of depression between the pot and the kettle:
“Oh yeah, well you guys have Don Sterling! He’s awful!”
“Well, yeah, but Cohan isn’t any better.”
“Joe Smith!”
“Michael Olowakandi!”
“9 years!”
“13 years!”
“Zach Randolph”
“Stephen Jackson”
(In unison) “Baron Davis!”
Sigh…
You have been DFiBrillated.

Same!
I would love to go but traffic at that point from Glendale will be brutal! I’m going to root for the Dubz at the Burbank Bar and Grill, though! So i’ll be in spirit!

me and my friend went and represented the Warriors
which is more than I can say for our team.
A bunch of friendly guys no doubt. Will go again the next time we play them. Wish there’d be more Dubz fans next time around though.

Still fun though
I was hanging with lightzOut and his buddy during the third quarter, just when the wheels were coming off for the Warriors. We were talking, watching, aware that the Clippers were in control… and suddenly it was a 30 point game. It was more fun for me than it was for them I think. But I appreciate them coming, and we’ll try to do it again next time.
