In – Monta, Curry, Maggette, Hunter, Mikki, Watson, Vlad

Ugh, when you list them all together it really shows how bad the team we’re currently rolling with is…

...........

Is anyone just freakin sick of this crap? At 6 and 12, its about time to say that there might be a few wins here and there, and those wins will be signs of the potential of this team, but that this is a losing season. Without Buike, Wright and Bell for the rest of the season, we are looking at loosing a lot of games. Curry, Randolph and Morrow will develop, but only because they are are all the team has. Unless we see some miraculous team play, the season is over.

BTW

If Wright and Buike are out for the whole season, doesn’t that mean that the Dubs can take on another player? Or is there a limit to the exception rule?

Each team is required to carry 12 players on its active list and one player on its inactive list (which will replace the injured list). Teams may have a maximum of three players on their inactive list (subject to hardship rules, which will apply in the event that a team with three injured players on its inactive list has a fourth player that suffers an injury). Players sent to the NBA Development League (see below) will continue to count on a team’s inactive list.

This is the best I could find looking around for a minute, but it doesn’t really answer your question…

Nah

I’m too tired to look right now. If Option Zero was here he would help…..

Could always try the NYKs strategy of chucking 3’s & giving up the 3 to the opposing team and hoping you make them & they miss (they went 25-56 while ATL & PHX went 8-40 in those 2 NYKs wins).

Talking of 3

Man Maggette should stop shooting from the 3 point line.

Maggette's has to..

do his Vince Carter impression especially with Morrow out. He’s probably going to lob up 5 or 6 bricks from behind the arch with a few air balls to go with that.

by brewitt on Dec 5, 2009 9:47 AM PST up reply actions

Whos gonna be shooting those 3’s? Morrow is out

by Badly Browned on Dec 5, 2009 9:56 AM PST up reply actions

Curry maybe? He only seems to make the ones where he is 5 feet behind the line though…

by samuraaaaiiiiiii on Dec 5, 2009 12:30 PM PST up reply actions

Why does it matter? You wouldn’t want Chris Duhon shooting them and he made 4 out of 8 last night. The thinking is that you’re so outclassed that you have a wth mentality, play loose and hope their shot isn’t falling and yours is.

Whos gonna be shooting those 3’s?

 Why Mikey moore of course.

On a positive note:

Is this the break out game from Mikki Moore who shuts down and dominates Dwight Howard?

Is this the break out game for CJ Watson who shuts down Jameer Nelson and puts up a triple-double?

by brewitt on Dec 5, 2009 9:51 AM PST reply actions

Jameer Nelson isn’t back yet.

There's only one way we can win this game

And that’s if the Magic players are laughing so hard at our misfortune, they forget to guard us.

by IQofaWarrior on Dec 5, 2009 11:25 AM PST reply actions

Comcast shouldn't even bother televising this

They should just show a Warriors classic game from the 06 playoffs, or the game Sleepy and Mully torched the Lakers, or any other basketball game

No Ammo means 5 guys gauriding Monta

50 points and 15 turnovers!

Rookie: "Why did you bench me?"
Nellie: "You're a rookie"

My girlfriend is gonna love this.

She’s a Magic fan (from the area). The best I can hope for is it being a bittersweet victory for her since the Dubs are her second favorite team.

That Nellie interview is hilarious… he sounds dead tired when talking about the team, but immediately perks up when the subject turns to poker. This guy is so out the door, it’s absurd.

Ladies and gentlemen, your Golden State Worriers.
