i was just watching NBA coast 2 coast and Chris Broussard was reporting that the Dallas Mavericks turned down a deal from the LA Clippers for Baron Davis.
the trade offer was: Baron Davis and Chris Kaman for Jason Kidd. this trade offer was rejected by the Mavericks.
Baron Davis and Chris Kaman could really help out the Mavs and could of definitely get them into the playoffs. but the problem, with both players, is health issues and the problem with Baron is hes obviously not motivated and is having problems with Mike Dunleavy Sr.
was this a good decision by Mark Cuban and the Mavs?
p.s. first bulletin post.
Do you think the Mavs should have accepted the Clippers offer?
Yes, Baron and Kaman would have helped lock a playoff spot for the Mavs. (333 votes)
No, Baron's and Kaman's contracts are too much and would have hurt the Mavs future, financially. (159 votes)
