Dwight Howard Wins Defensive Player of the Year Award [Third Quarter Collapse]
Believe it or not, but a member of our favorite worst defensive team in the league got two 3rd place votes [NBA.com]. It's nice to see him get a some appreciation in a tough season.

Dwight should win the next 6-7 DPOY awards easily. The way he alters almost every shot attempt in the lane and controls the paint is beast. I don’t care if Beans ever develops a 10 foot J, but I sure as hell would like to see him assert himself as a defensive intimidator as a crack-addicted homeless man’s (Tyrone Biggums from Chapelle’s Show) Dwight.
