Around SBN: Jeremy Lin And How The Pac-12 Missed Him

I guarantee you this is more than worth the cost of a click.

We should have video from the press conference via Warriors.com later tonight.

to me, nothing has changed in the warriors front office

this is pretty much the same situation as the second half of last season. let’s just hope they stop being stupid and dramatic, and start making smart decisions, consulting people who actually know basketball.

TK: worth the price of a click? I’m not so sure.

I am

How about “NEVER” worth it.

There's a party in my mind.
And I wish that I was there.

ha

that may be a bit harsh. I can’t stand the type of stuff Kawakami has resorted to in the last year and a half or so, but I really liked his stuff before that….I’m still holding out hope he gives up his apparent dream of working for ESPN and starts reporting rather than just trying to draw attention again.

that's it?!

Mullin is (finally) officially on the way out – as of June 30, and we get, a fanpost? It’s not like this wasn’t expected for quite some time … nothing more on the front page? Isn’t this the biggest event until the lottery? Sorry, maybe I’m expecting too much, thank you Atma for at least getting TK’s transcript + editorial on GSoM … obviously am pissed at GSW and not GSoM …

meaningless:

I need someone who knows what it’s like to be the best team in the Western Conference, someone who isn’t going to sacrifice tomorrow for today and develop young players. Someone who doesn’t like to lose, as well, and someone who understands the way we play.

Please stop RR. First of all, Riley hasn’t won shee-it in the WC, Nelson isn’t sacrificing today for tomorrow when he’s in the last season of his career, and who likes to lose? Not even a parched-fan-crossing-the-desert-that-is-GSW-playoffless-tundra-and-promotes-tanking likes losing. As far as understanding “the way we play” – I would prefer someone who understands how to CHANGE the way we play!

priceless: Riley hasn’t even thought of the scenario of who would have to fire Nelson, meanwhile Rowell doesn’t get involved in personnel decisions … yeesh!

pointless: all TK’s ramblings and sarcasm – pleeeeeze

someone, ANYone please find some hope and shed light on it … cuz it sounds like RR, Riley & Co have a five year window before someone gets to remind them we still aren’t in the playoffs …

don't take this guy too seriously

he’s a blogger more than a reporter; reporters report facts, this guy manipulates them

Ellis to the RIM!
Monta for the win?! YES!

AB1,

It’s sad that you now have to resort to the “Please, please click on this link” method of advertising TK’s stuff because inevitably, the first 5 comments are either from:

A) People who’re tired of his BS.
or
B) People who clicked on the link, read his article, and hated it.

Please try to get other local journalists in instead. How about Janny Hu? Can’t we just let TK ride off into the sunset or at least just push him down the list of reporters/opinion column writers that you bring in? At this point, he’s clearly not a good addition to the GSoM brand (as evidenced by the paltry 8 comments here, 75% of which are making fun of him), so it’d probably be best to pare down the TK links.
