All right here's the trade,

Corey Maggette and Acie Law for Marcus camby

This is a great trade for both teams

How this trade helps the Clippers: this trade allows the Clippers to get back Maggette, The Clippers didn't want Maggette to leave, and they get a very versatile athletic player in Maggette. Maggette helps the Clippers in a myriad of ways. He can play the 3, the 4, even the 2 if u really need him to. The Clippers like the Warriors unfortunately are very injury prone this trade gives the Clippers a lot more depth, and gives them a reliable explosive sixth man and another point guard with an expiring contract next yr. Corey Maggette can simply win you games he creates a bunch of miss matches depending on how you use him, and he gets to the free throw line a lot. This trade also allows the Clippers to develop Deandre Jordan (who I think has tons of potential); the sky is the limit for him. Also, this trade gives Blake Griffin more playing time.

How this trade helps Golden State: this trade betters the fast paced warriors in many ways. Let's face it Corey Maggette is injury prone, and takes up a lot of minutes while we could apply those minutes in playing our other young players (Anthony Randolph, Anthony Morrow, and my favorite Bukie). Also having Camby on our team drastically helps defensively. If Marcus Camby was on our team we would no longer have to worry about forcing players to play the 4 or 5, by starting Camby we don't have to have our skinny 3's trying to stop guys like Tim Duncan from scoring. Our threes are simply not big enough, not tall or strong enough to stop some 6'8-7' 230-270 PF/C waiting to post them up and dominate us. Imagine the problems the defense of Biedrins, Camby, Randolph, Turiaf, and Jackson would cause apposing teams, imagine all the exciting blocks. Also Camby can score if he wants to with his reliable jumper. Biedris will be able to score more freely and we will be able to for once not get owned on the boards. Marcus Camby could also be able to mentor Andris Biedrins, Randolph, and even Brandon Wright.  I think he would be the missing piece for GSW. Lastly by trading Acie Law, Steph Curry gets more minutes
