We want to trade for someone probably to get rid of some guards
Plus he wouldn’t be a game changer for us.

Gooden would’ve been good for depth in case one of our bigs goes down again. But for close to 4.5-5M, I doubt the Warriors would use most or all of their MLE on him. I would’ve liked him for half the MLE. Good job to Gooden for getting his money.

Man, I would’ve loved to have signed Drew Gooden.

we should of signed him.
he was the best fit for us, out of all the free agents left.
Warriors front office never fail on disappointing me.
yet i cant help but to always keep my hopes up that something is going to happen to fix out ‘BEEF’ player situation.
Time to trade for Maxiell!
lol. But that would have been a good signing but I think trading Law, Marco and Wright for Maxiell and second rounder would be a good deal.
Rookie: "Why did you bench me?"
Nellie: "Your a rookie"
I'd rather give Wright the PT, for at least another full year.
He needs to finally get at least 20 MPG.

I still feel Milwaukee is gonna match.

we might have a point of dispute here sam (and it doesn’t even involve thabeet!). i really like sessions’ game, but to drop the MLE on him would add another guy who can’t shoot from deep and clutter the point guard slot while we try to figure out if monta or curry can play the position well. i’d rather just drop a couple mil on a big for the end of the bench, filling in for whoever gets injured and hope that cohan and co are willing to dip into their pocketbooks next year on a better fit. management might not be up for going into the tax on a full MLE deal two years in a row.
(if i am misunderstanding how the MLE affects the cap, someone please correct me)
