The Blazers announced on Friday that they have not yet reached an agreement with free agent Hedo Turkoglu, despite reports to the contrary.
The deal cannot be made official until July 8th anyway, but for the moment neither the Blazers nor Turkoglu’s agent would confirm the agreement. The Raptors remain interested in signing Turkoglu, but right now all signs point to his signing with Portland.

It seems like every team in the league are making moves during the offseason, except the Warriors.
It is the shoes!!!
i wouldn't say that
there is still plenty of time to make moves. i also suspect that we are waiting to be able to trade claxton and law after the 60 day clause is over.

Only last-year playoff teams have made big signings/trades
Others are dumping salary (us, clips, grizzs)
Hedo Turkoglu rejected Portland’s offer and is no longer negotiating with them.

His wife likes the city of Toronto. Also, I don’t think Turkoglu ever agreed to a deal with Portland.

hoopsworld is reporting
that he’s signing with the Raptors. The same article notes that a few of Toronto’s own free agents would become casualties of the contract. Two notables are Shawn Marion and Anthony Parker. I think that either of those players would do well with the Warriors.
