Cable Man gets angry

Tom Cable seems more like Larry the Cable Guy than an actual NFL head coach. He cuss' out his players, he is aesthetically unpleasing, and he punchs people in the jaws... when they work for him. Bravo Raiders. You are the worst franchise in Pro Sports (worse than the Warriors).

1. cusses out his players – most nfl coaches do that.
2. aesthetically unpleasing – not everybody can look like tom brady
3. espn reports that the reports are exaggerations of a heated argument where no punches were thrown.

despite these things, i still agree: raiders are one of the worst franchises in pro sports. Passing on crabtree when he was there at #7…..

Passing on Crabtree has actually made us look smart.

no. they passed on crabtree because they thought bey was more talented

the raiders never pass on guys for attitude problems. The niners will sign him and he will still be a steal but i m pissed at his whiny attitude.

It doesn’t matter why they passed on him, though.

R Star,

Crabtree is asking for Bey’s money because everyone in the league would have taken him at the 7th spot. So if the Raiders had drafted him, he would not hold out because he would get the money he is looking for.

Passing on Crabtree has actually made us look smart.

That is very debatable because Bey was a borderline late first rounder and they took him with the 7TH PICK. That is never smart. He is going to keep dropping passes for the rest of his career. Troy Williamson 2.0

Crabtree wants top three money. We picked seventh.

Ha it’s kind of funny because the Raiders kind of screwed us over by giving Bey as much money as they did. The more they gave Bey, the more Crabtree was going to ask for…

What’s wrong with Crabtree wanting top 3 money. Lots of people had him as a Top 3 talent in the draft.

A rookie holdout isn’t nearly the big deal everyone is making it out to be. I’m sorry, but everyone is overreacting and calling him “whiny” is simply not relevant or appropriate even to the conversation of a holdout. In a few years, all you’re going to remember is whether or not Crabtree produces as expected. That’s what matters.
