Insider Says
Ellis primed to improve – shoot 50%, 20 PPG.
Maggette positioned to decline – no assists, fewer minutes.
Randolph is the player to watch. What position will he play? Will he follow-up on his summer league perfomance.
Column says that Warriors are a dark horse to win 45-50 games and make playoffs, but will they? Can Monta and Randolph forget their beefs with the team and produce?

Ellis shot 53% and scored 20.2 during the 07-08 season.

Randolph had a beef with the team?
There's a party in my mind.
And I wish that I was there.

he wasn’t happy about his limited minutes early last season, but he now admits Nellie was doing the best thing for him in the long run.

So no beef with the team right? Hell thats like saying last year I was pissed at my boss for not letting me have the day off so as of now I have a beef with him.
Thats just silly, people disagree all the time and get over it. Now the Monta thing could have blown up big time, but there your talking about some 60M+ on the table.

Not as far as I know. I just don’t think the national media has bothered to pay attention to the apparent “reconciliation,” probably because it doesn’t make for as good of a story until the W’s start winning.

Yea that seems about dead on.

And because posting the whole article is not only plagirism, but also breaking the user agreement with ESPN (basically it’s arguably illegal to post subscriber information like that)?

it's not plagirism
- if he’s not passing it off as if he wrote it. Think how many websites and blogs repost from other sources.
As for reposting “paid” content, I’m don’t know what the rules are. I’m sure it’s frowned upon, but is it actually illegal? And would some lawyer actually pursue the poster of the content? If not…please post it! :)

If you notice when other blogs and websites repost stuff, they only post part of the article and never the whole thing unless they have permission. At least any blog/website run by a company or organization with a reputation or responsibility to act ethically.

As for reposting "paid" content,
They’d probably like it as it is more free advertising?
